Denmark Immigration services based on the Green Card Points

You can procure the Denmark Immigration Services to obtain a Danish green card. Under the Danish green card points-based system, scores are proffered to the applicants based on three Categories- Education, language skills and adaptability.

Education

The primary requirement needed to score points for education is a bachelor's degree. However, there can be cases when your academic qualifications are analysed by the Danish Agency for higher education as well. Let us have a glimpse of the scores, which are gained by the individuals according to their degrees.

A three years bachelors degree fetches a score of 30 points to the applicants.50 points are proffered to the applicants in case of a bachelor's degree and one year Masters degree. A two year Masters degree alone fetches you a score of 60 points. You can amass 80 points from a PhD or doctorate.

To procure a Danish Green Card, you can even fetch some bonus points. An applicant can get bonus points if he or she has a degree from a top school which is ranked under the QS World University Rankings. If the school is listed under the top 100 category, then a score of 20 points is proffered to the individual. Schools ranked under the top 200 category can amass you 15 points. On the other hand, if your school is rated under the high 400 class, then 10 points will be proffered to you. The benefits do not stop here. You can also gain 30 bonus points if your degree facilitates you to work in a shortage occupation on Denmark’s positive list.

But you should pay heed to the maximum number of points which can be scored in education. The maximum limit is 130, which includes the bonus points as well. You can quickly obtain a good score for a work and residence permit based solely on your points earned in education.

Language skills

Points are proffered based on your language skill. However, you would be given points on both- any one Scandinavian language or either English or Germany. The Scandinavian style includes Danish, Swedish or Norwegian. You would not be proffered points for both English and German or two or more Scandinavian languages.

Say, for example, an applicant has a score 2 in Danish and score three in English. He or she would earn a total of 30 points. However, no extra points would be proffered for languages such as Swedish, Norwegian or German.

The maximum limit of points which you can earn from the languages is 40. However, the applicants have to show that they had passed the approved language test less than two years before their application. This means that even if you are a native language speaker, you need to proffer your language test results.

There are certain restrictions regarding your results as well. Your results should be approved by the Association of language testers in Europe or from an official Danish language test.

Adaptability

A candidate who has studied or worked in the European economic area (EEA) or the European area (EU) can fetch a maximum of 15 points for adaptability. However, you can only carry marks in either education experience or work experience.
